From fusion mithai cakes to detailed theme cakes, here is a glimpse of what comes out of my home kitchen in Noida. Everything you see here is made from scratch with love.

This is one of my proudest creations, a three-tiered cake with delicate teal ruffles, gold leaf accents, and a handcrafted heart topper. I believe baking is an art, and I pour my heart into designing cakes that are not just delicious but also beautiful centerpieces for your celebrations.

My signature Christmas Plum Cake is a labor of love that starts a year in advance. I soak the highest quality dried fruits and nuts in rum and brandy, allowing them to become plump and flavorful. This treasured recipe from my hometown Dehradun makes for the booziest, most authentic plum cake you will ever taste.

Here is my famous Motichoor Laddoo Cake! This is one of my fusion creations, where I combine the classic taste of Indian mithai with a soft, moist cake. It was an absolute joy to make this giant laddoo cake for our Ganpati Bappa celebrations at home.

I was so happy to create this fresh fruit heart-shaped cake for a special birthday. It is topped with a vibrant assortment of seasonal fruits like pomegranates, grapes, and starfruit. Hearing that the customer found it even better than their inspiration picture truly made my day!

I love keeping up with new trends, and these aesthetic vintage-style cakes are a current favorite. This all-white cake features intricate, old-school piping techniques and delicate gold star and moon accents for a dreamy, elegant look perfect for any modern celebration.

This Kung Fu Panda theme cake was a special and healthy challenge! It was made completely without refined flour (maida) or sugar, using wholesome ingredients and blueberries. I can create fun, themed cakes that cater to your dietary needs without sacrificing flavor or design.

My Mango Tres Leches dessert cups are a super hit, especially when mangoes are in season. I use only fresh mango puree and layer it with a light, airy sponge soaked in three kinds of milk. Seeing my customers' happy reactions is the best reward.

This is a little bit about my journey. I started baking in Dehradun, traveled the world to learn new flavors, and now I pour all that experience into my home bakery. Hearing my customers share how my cakes have become a part of their family celebrations is why I do what I do.
