About Community Events & Pop-Ups
When you visit my pop-up stall at a local mela or society event, you get to taste my desserts fresh, just the way they come out of my oven. I usually carry a mix of my bestseller dessert jars like Tres Leches, cupcakes, and seasonal specials like rum-soaked plum cakes, so you can grab a quick treat and say hello without needing a pre-order.

For me, baking is about more than just fulfilling orders. It is about connection. Whether it is a bustling Durga Puja pandal, a vibrant Dandiya night, or a Diwali mela, I love bringing my kitchen out to you. It gives me a chance to meet you, see your reactions to my fusion mithai cakes, and share the stories behind the ingredients I use.

My stalls are stocked with items that are perfect for enjoying while you walk around the festival. You will typically find:
- Dessert Jars: Easy to carry, layers of sponge and mousse like Tiramisu or Mango Tres Leches.
- Festive Cupcakes: Hand-piped swirls with core fillings, perfect for kids and adults alike.
- Seasonal Specials: When it is festival season, you will find my signature plum cakes or fusion Indian bakes like Rose Pistachio cupcakes right there on the table.
