Hands-On Yoga Guidance for Kids
I believe yoga is about self-discovery, not just hitting a pose. Whether online or in-person, I guide your child with patient, hands-on corrections so they learn safely, build confidence, and truly enjoy the process.
As a teacher, my first priority is always safety. Here, I am carefully guiding my young student into an advanced backbend, ensuring she feels supported and confident as she explores her body's flexibility and strength. This hands-on approach helps build trust and proper form from the very beginning.
Yoga can be practiced anywhere. In this outdoor session, I'm helping a student deepen her standing side bend, focusing on alignment to improve flexibility in her spine and hamstrings. I believe in patient guidance to help each child understand their body's capabilities.

In my sessions, I use physical cues to guide alignment, especially during backbends or balancing poses. Whether we are training in a park or via a video call, I monitor every movement to ensure your child builds strength without strain, always keeping their safety and comfort at the center of our practice.
When I work with children, my primary focus is building a foundation of safety and body awareness. Young bodies are still developing, so I steer clear of pushing for perfect shapes. Instead, we focus on alignment that supports growth and prevents injury. Whether we are working on basic asanas like Tree Pose in a group setting or focusing on specific skills like Chakrasana in a 1:1 session, I adapt my teaching to the student’s pace.
I use a play-way methodology that keeps children engaged and enthusiastic. It is not just about the movement; it is about confidence. When a child masters a pose they were struggling with, the sense of accomplishment is the real goal.
If you are in the National Capital Region and looking for guided practice, I offer both group sessions (₹350–₹500 per session) and intensive 1:1 training (₹550–₹800 per session). The 1:1 sessions are particularly effective for students preparing for Yogasana competitions or those needing personalized attention for specific goals like strength building or posture correction. We can conduct these sessions online with real-time feedback or offline, where I can provide manual spotting to ensure safety and precision in every stretch and balance.
