Featured Yoga Practice
A glimpse into the practice—from the spiritual core to the physical results we build on the mat every day.
This is Trivikramasana, the Pose of the Three Strides, practiced by the sacred Ganges in the land of Shiva. For me, yoga is not just a physical practice but a way to connect with something deeper, finding grace and stillness even in the most vibrant of places.
This is what it's all about. A 30 second handstand hold, the best ever for my student Anki. I remember when she was building the confidence to even kick up. With consistent practice and guidance, we build strength, balance, and the courage to fly.
Where are you on your journey today? Whether you're just beginning, making progress, or have achieved mastery in a pose, there is always a place for you on the mat. I tailor my coaching to meet you exactly where you are and help you move forward.
Dealing with a frozen shoulder can be painful and restrictive. I design specific, therapeutic yoga sequences to gently increase mobility and relieve stiffness. Here are a few key movements like Garudasana arms and Adho Mukha Svanasana that can provide relief.
The Bhagavad Gita teaches that "detachment is not that you own nothing, but that nothing owns you." I bring this philosophy into my practice through mindful flows that build strength and focus, helping you connect with your body while freeing your mind.
Sometimes the student flies while the teacher struggles, and that’s the beauty of our shared practice. It keeps me humble and reminds me that we are all perpetual students. It's about showing up, laughing at the wobbles, and celebrating every effort.
If your goal is to master Chakrasana, or the wheel pose, it's all about the preparation. I break down the journey into specific drills that build spinal flexibility and shoulder strength, making the final pose more accessible and safe.
This is what consistent, dedicated practice looks like. My student's journey from October to July shows a beautiful deepening of her pose. Through contemplation and effort, any goal becomes fruitful. This is the result of her showing up for herself.
About Featured
Most people think they need to be flexible to start yoga, but I work with what you have today. Whether we are using props to support a frozen shoulder or breaking down a handstand into small, safe drills, my approach focuses on showing up consistently rather than hitting the perfect pose.
Yoga is a journey of showing up. My teaching style is built on the reality that everyone starts somewhere. Whether you are dealing with a stiff neck, recovering from a frozen shoulder, or trying to find the balance for your first handstand, we focus on safe, incremental progress. I offer 1-on-1 sessions both in-person across Bangalore and virtually, ensuring you get the attention you need to correct your alignment and build strength safely. We move beyond just doing a pose. We look at the how and why—using household props for support or deep breathwork for stress relief. The goal is not perfection, but consistency. We laugh at the wobbles, learn from the failures, and celebrate the small wins, like a solid 30-second hold or a pain-free stretch. If you are ready to start this process, let’s talk about your goals and how we can work toward them together.

I’ve spent nine years on the mat, and I still believe the best part of yoga isn't the final pose—it’s the messy, real process of getting there. Whether you are healing an injury or trying to kick up into your first handstand, I am here to guide you through the wobbles with patience and a bit of humor.
