About Physique & Posing
You do not just lift weights to build muscle. Posing is the final test of your mind-muscle connection. It forces you to isolate and contract exactly what you have built, showing you exactly where the gaps are in your development and which muscle groups need more volume.
Building a physique is not magic. It is about getting under that bar consistently and eating for your goals, whether that means a surplus for mass or a deficit for a cut. In these shots, you are seeing the direct result of my hypertrophy and strength blocks.
We do not chase trends. We chase numbers. Whether we are fixing your squat depth, correcting your bench press arch, or optimizing your macro breakdown, the goal is always to get you stronger than you were last month.
I run all my in-person coaching at Anytime Fitness in Sector 29, Gurugram. This is where I track your daily lifts, spot your heavy sets, and make sure your form is safe before you push to failure. If you are done being average and want to actually earn your gains, this is where you start.
