Addressing conditions like frozen shoulder, cervical spondylosis, or chronic lumbar pain isn't just about using electrotherapy modalities like IFT or TENS. It is about restoring your range of motion and actively strengthening the supporting muscles. During our initial assessment, which lasts 30 to 40 minutes, we perform a full postural check and range of motion (ROM) testing. If you have MRI or X-ray reports, I review those alongside your symptoms to ensure our manual mobilization and trigger point release are exactly what your body needs.

My approach avoids magic tricks. Whether it is home-based rehab for immobile patients or in-clinic sessions for shoulder stiffness, the goal is your independence. You will learn how to make ergonomic adjustments to your workspace and sleeping habits to reduce mechanical stress on your spine and joints.
