My Approach to Physiotherapy and Daily Motivation
A look inside my clinic and the daily effort it takes to build a healthier, pain-free life.
This is what a typical day looks like at my clinic. I work with a diverse range of clients, each with their own goals, from recovering from an injury to improving their balance and strength for a better quality of life.
Leading by example is important to me. Here I am holding a plank, a fantastic exercise for building core strength, which is the foundation for a healthy, pain-free back and good posture.
About Additional Work & Motivation
When you step into my clinic, Veda, you won't find a sterile, intimidating environment. Instead, you'll see real patients working on mobility right in our shared space. My approach is entirely hands-on because I believe recovery requires active movement and consistent effort, not just static treatment. Whether it is gait training or core strengthening, I am right there with you to ensure you are performing every exercise safely and effectively.
I often tell my patients that physiotherapy is not a passive activity. You cannot simply lie on a table and expect chronic pain to vanish. True rehabilitation is a partnership between us. At my clinic in Gujranwala Town, Delhi, I prioritize functional training—whether that means correcting how you walk, strengthening your core after an injury, or managing joint stiffness with targeted manual mobilization.
Because I am also a certified dietician, I look at the whole picture. Inflammation often starts with what we eat, and healing requires the right building blocks. When you come in for a session, we do not just treat the injury; we look at your daily habits. If you are struggling with neck pain or recovering from a post-operative procedure, my team and I focus on exercises you can eventually take home. We use modern modalities like IFT and Ultrasound, but the real work happens in the movement we practice together. My goal is to make you independent so you do not need me forever. It is about building a strong, pain-free foundation that lasts, one day at a time.
Veda Physio & Nutrition Clinic
I'm Dr. Lochan, and I've been running Veda Clinic for nine years. I treat physiotherapy as a mix of clinical science and everyday practicality because I want you to feel confident in your body again. I am also a mom and a firm believer that health is about the small, daily changes we make, not just quick fixes.
