About A Look Inside My Clinic
When you're in pain, the last thing you want is a crowded, noisy environment. My clinic, Veda, is designed with individual, curtained treatment cubicles to give you complete privacy during manual therapy and electrotherapy sessions. It’s a space where you can relax, focus on your exercises, and work directly with me and my team without distractions.
I believe that where you recover matters just as much as how you recover. For the last nine years, Veda has been my second home, and I have intentionally created an atmosphere that feels less like a sterile medical center and more like a place of healing.
Why the Environment Matters
When you come in for a physiotherapy session, your body is vulnerable. Whether you are dealing with a stiff neck, chronic back pain, or post-surgery recovery, having a private cubicle ensures you aren't feeling watched by others. This setup allows me and my team to perform manual mobilization, soft tissue release, and assisted stretching without you feeling exposed.
Our Modalities
The clinic is equipped with the tools necessary for modern pain management, including electrotherapy units like IFT and TENS, and thermal therapy lamps to stimulate blood flow. But equipment is only half the story. You will find that our practice is rooted in real talk—I listen to your history, assess your movement, and create a roadmap that includes home-based exercises so you aren't reliant on clinical visits forever.
My Philosophy
I practice with a mix of science and practical, daily lifestyle changes. There are no magic tricks here. When you step into Veda, you are working with a doctor who is also a dietician, so we often discuss how your nutrition can support your joint health alongside your physiotherapy plan.
