About The Vanarshala Community

Unlike a standard gym, our sessions at Sector 95A do not rely on machines or treadmills. We use natural terrain to teach you animal movement, parkour, and calisthenics, focusing on getting you comfortable with rolling, jumping, and vaulting on grass. It is a masti ki pathshala (a school of fun) where we prioritize building real-world agility over gym aesthetics, ensuring you leave with more than just a workout.

At Vanarshala, we look at fitness through a different lens. We call it 'Vanargiri'—a lifestyle centered around primal movement and a connection with the outdoors. When you join our community, you aren't just signing up for a class; you are entering a space where the floor is earth and the obstacles are designed to build resilience.

Why Movement Matters

Our outdoor fitness classes in Gurgaon strip away the distractions of a commercial gym. Instead of staring at a screen while running, you learn to crawl like a bear to build joint stability or vault over wooden blocks to improve spatial awareness. Our Approach

  • Parkour & Freerunning: We teach you how to navigate obstacles safely. It starts with learning to land and roll, gradually building up to more complex vaults.
