About The Ride: Sweat, Soul & Choreo

In this dark room, we leave the performance anxiety at the door. Every 45-minute ride is a structured mix of high-BPM rhythm, resistance climbs, and choreography that forces you to lock into the beat. You do not need to be a pro to keep up. We provide the shoes and towels, you just need to show up and let the music do the work.

This is rhythm-based HIIT cycling, but we treat it more like a reset button for your brain. Whether you are at our Indiranagar studio or our spot in Victoria Layout, the experience remains the same: dim lights, loud music, and a focus on how you feel rather than how you look on a bike.

Our instructors are not just here to count reps. They teach you proper cycling technique, from setting your bike resistance to nailing the choreo transitions. You will find us mixing in push-ups, tap-backs, and heavy climbs that work your core as much as your legs.

If you are new to the bike, do not sweat the technique. We offer 30-minute intro rides specifically to help you find your rhythm, learn the resistance knob, and get comfortable with the choreography before jumping into a full-length class.
