Signature Custom Themed Decor Setup
Theme & Structure
- Backdrop: 8ft (H) x 8ft (W) high resolution flex print on wooden frame, fully customized to your chosen theme.
- Cutouts: 4 to 5 high density foam board character cutouts (3ft to 4ft height) placed around the stage.
- Displays: Set of 3 cylindrical pedestals wrapped in theme coordinated vinyl or fabric for cake display.
Balloon Styling
- Arrangement: L shaped or semi arch organic garland running along the backdrop.
- Volume: Approximately 600 to 800 latex balloons.
- Style: Mix of pastel (matte) and chrome (metallic) finish in a 3 to 4 color palette.
Lighting & Accessories
- Highlights: One LED Marquee number or short name with bulb lighting.
- Ambience: 2 LED PAR cans for backdrop illumination.
- Flooring: 8x4 ft strip of artificial grass or theme printed flex mat.
- Cake Stand: Gold, white, or acrylic stand placed on the central cylinder.
