We’re Uptown Event, and our thing is making your family celebrations in Bangalore stand out. I don’t just mean putting up some balloons - I’m talking about handling everything, from the first theme idea to packing up at the end. You dream it, and I’ll make it look the way you pictured.

What We Handle

• I take care of all the tiny and big details: custom themes, main stage setups, entrance and seating decor, and all those “extra” bits that make your event feel special.
• Into something quirky or classic? I’ve set up everything from Cocomelon and Jungle Safari for kids to elegant floral themes and light-up letters for name highlights.
• Got your hands full with family? I’ll manage all the vendors - from photographers and food to the magician and MC - so you don’t have to run around.

• Birthday party event coordination, especially for young kids (first, second, and third birthdays are always a hit).
• Baby showers, engagements, religious ceremonies (like Baptism or Naming), and those traditional functions your family loves.
• Traditional celebration decorations for festivals like Ganapati or Varamahalakshmi. I know how to keep things festive, not just flashy.
