About this collection
Our whimsical setups are built around an 8x8ft custom printed backdrop and over 600 balloons in a curated color palette. We include cylinder pedestals for cake displays and high-density foam character cutouts to make the fantasy theme pop, ensuring the entire stage area is photo-ready for your guests.
For a kids' birthday, we know you want the day to be memorable without the stress of managing multiple vendors. That is why we offer two main paths: our Signature Custom Themed Decor and our All-Inclusive Celebration Package.
Signature Custom Themed Decor
Starting at ₹19,000, this is for parents who want a focused, high-impact setup. We provide:
- 8x8ft high-resolution flex print backdrop.
- 600+ balloons in a 3 to 4 color theme.
- 3 cylindrical pedestals for cake and dessert placement.
- 4 to 5 large foam character cutouts.
- Lighting highlights with LED PAR cans and a marquee number or name sign.
All-Inclusive Celebration Package
For a truly hands-off experience, our all-inclusive package (₹48,000–₹58,000) bundles the decor with live entertainment and documentation. We bring in a magician for a 30 to 45-minute show, a professional game host to manage the flow and cake cutting, and a photographer for 3 to 4 hours of coverage. We also add a spiral or organic balloon arch at the venue entrance to welcome your guests.
Logistics & Setup
Based in Basaweshwara Nagar, we manage events across Bengaluru. Once you book, our team arrives 3 to 4 hours before your event starts to handle the transport, full setup, and final dismantling. You just need to share the theme and the venue details, and we take care of the rest.
Uptown Event
We are Uptown Event, based out of Bangalore. We build magical worlds for your kid's birthday, using custom Flower's, Ballon's, and backdrop's to make it special. You dream, we plan, you chill.
