About Fun & Experimental Choreography
I don't expect you to be a pro dancer, so I keep the steps straightforward. My goal is to make sure you're moving, laughing, and keeping your heart rate up, not stressing over complex choreography. Whether it's a random viral song or a Bollywood remix, we just pick it up and roll with it during the session.
Why we experiment with choreography
Fitness shouldn't feel like a chore. In my sessions at places like Gun Fitness in Hebbal or FitnessEDGE 1 in Vidyaranyapura, I love switching things up. One day we might be dancing to a classic 90s track, and the next we’re moving to an obscure Haryanvi mix or a trending meme audio.
What happens in a session?
- No judgment: If you trip over your own feet, that's half the fun. We laugh, we reset, and we keep going.
- High-energy fusion: I blend cardio movements with easy-to-follow steps. It’s not about perfect technique; it’s about breaking a sweat while having a blast.
- Constant variety: I rotate the tracks based on the energy of the class. If you request a song, we might just turn it into our next workout routine.
Who is this for?
Honestly, everyone. If you’ve never danced a day in your life but want to get fit without staring at a treadmill, you’ll fit right in. My students—my 'jigar da tukda'—bring the energy, and I just supply the beats.
