Moving faster isn't about fighting the water—it's about understanding how to move with it. We focus on technical precision to build your speed and endurance.

The best swimmers know how to make the water work for them. It is not about fighting it, but about finding an ease and rhythm. We teach you to move with the water, which is the true secret to speed.

Silent swimming. The goal is to move through the water with no splash, no bubbles, and no struggle. This level of efficiency comes from intense focus and a deep understanding of technique, turning the motion into a relaxing, smooth glide.

Without a strong core, there is no paradise in swimming. This drill is designed to improve core stability, which is the foundation of a powerful and efficient stroke. A stable core prevents energy leaks and improves body control.

Using a snorkel during training allows you to focus purely on your stroke mechanics without worrying about turning to breathe. It helps develop a smooth, effortless freestyle and a better feel for the water.

Swimming with a snorkel is one of the best ways to immerse yourself in the training and get a true feel for the water. It allows for complete focus on body position, rotation, and the pull phase of your stroke.

This swimmer demonstrates a powerful butterfly stroke. To get through a tough workout, I teach my swimmers to use positive self talk and remind themselves of their capabilities. Mental resilience is key to powering through challenging sessions.

Confidence comes from what you do in practice every day. The rhythmic strokes, lap after lap, build a sense of self assurance in the water. Countless hours of dedication are what make you a better swimmer.

Every swim is different, even if the workout is the same. Some days you feel strong, other days you have to push through fatigue. The key is to show up, trust the process, and just keep swimming.

This swimmer shows the mindset of perpetual improvement. We focus on learning and improving our own performance every single session. Here you can see work on both freestyle and breaststroke, covering a distance of 2,000 meters.

Strength and power only contribute to faster swimming when they are combined with good technique and stroke efficiency. We work on all four strokes: freestyle, butterfly, breaststroke, and backstroke, to build well rounded athletes.

About Advanced Stroke Technique

You won't find us just churning mindless laps here. I use video analysis to break down your stroke biomechanics, pinpointing exactly where you are losing energy—whether it's an inefficient catch or a drop in your hips—so we can rebuild your movement to be silent and powerful.

Train Like A Scientist, Swim Like An Artist

Speed doesn't come from muscling the water. It comes from efficiency. My advanced coaching programs in Mumbai focus on the micro-adjustments that transform a struggling swimmer into a streamlined machine. We aren't just swimming; we are dissecting your stroke to find the hidden speed.

What We Refine:

  • The Catch: We work on your high elbow catch, ensuring you aren't just pulling water, but anchoring yourself in it for maximum propulsion.
  • Core Engagement: Without a stable core, your hips sag, creating drag and wasting energy. We treat the core as the foundation of your stroke mechanics.
  • Bilateral Breathing: For competitive swimmers and triathletes, symmetrical breathing is non-negotiable for balance and long-distance endurance.

We incorporate video analysis into our 1-on-1 sessions because seeing is believing. Seeing your own stroke helps you identify the 'leakage' where energy is wasted. Whether you are prepping for a local Mumbai swim meet or an open-water triathlon, these drills are about one thing: making the water work for you. Consistency is the hard part, but it is the only way to turn these technical refinements into permanent muscle memory.

I’ve been teaching for 18 years, and I still get a kick out of seeing someone move through the water without a splash. I don't care how much talent you have; I care if you have the discipline to refine your technique day after day. If you are ready to stop fighting the water and start working with it, we have work to do.
