We do not just train to swim. We train to race, to push limits, and to hit the podium. Every medal displayed here is the result of thousands of laps and a mindset built on pure grit.

A look back at the achievements of 2024. Every medal and trophy here represents countless hours of dedication in the pool. We celebrate these victories as a team, knowing they were earned through discipline and hard work.

Congratulations to my swimmers Shivaansh and Siddhant for their incredible performance. Hard work always pays off, and seeing them on the podium is a testament to their dedication. A big thank you to the organizers for hosting this event for the lower age groups.

A successful day at the Matunga Gymkhana swim meet. This video captures the entire process, from the pre-race focus with the coach to the explosive start and the proud finish with medals in hand. Every competition is a learning experience.

Another great showing at the MIG swimming competition in Mumbai. This young swimmer's smile after the race says it all. We train for these moments of accomplishment, which build confidence and a lifelong love for the sport.

Here is the youngest swimmer completing the 1km open sea swimming event in Goa. Finishing in just 28.22 minutes is an incredible achievement that showcases not just skill, but immense mental fortitude for a swimmer so young.

Competing at the Maharashtra state level open sea swimming competition. This event tests endurance and adaptability, and I am proud of my swimmers for taking on the challenge of the open water with courage and determination.

Congratulations to Team Renaissance for their relay wins. The boys' under 12 team secured a bronze, and the girls' under 8 team won gold. Relay events are the ultimate test of teamwork and coordination.

The full squad at the Poinsur Gymkhana swimming competition. It takes a collective effort from swimmers, coaches, and parents to succeed, and I am grateful for the patience and support of everyone involved.

Our team ready to compete. Before the race, we focus on strategy and mindset. In swimming, preparation is just as important as the performance itself.

Our young champions on the podium after the Mumbai Swimming Challenge. Seeing them hold their trophies is the greatest reward for a coach. Their success is a direct result of their consistent effort in training.

About Competition Wins & Achievements

Winning races isn't just about speed in the water; it is about the technical precision you bring to every start and turn. We drill the block entry, the streamline, and the flip turn until they become automatic, because those micro-seconds are where the podium spots are decided.

Success on the podium is the outcome of a process, not luck. My coaching philosophy is rooted in the belief that discipline and heart matter more than raw talent. We train as a team because iron sharpens iron—when you surround yourself with others who are equally committed, you push your own limits further than you could alone.

The Training Process

We focus on the details that most overlook. Whether you are a young swimmer preparing for GMAAA meets or an adult triathlete looking for competitive splits, we break down your performance. This includes:

  • Race Strategy: Coaching on explosive block starts and pacing strategies for 50m to 1500m events.
  • Technical Refinement: Intensive drills on high elbow catch, bilateral breathing, and biomechanical drag reduction.
  • Mental Fortitude: Preparing for the pressure of a meet. As I tell my squad, under pressure, you sink to the level of your training.

Why Join Our Squad?

We train with a clear goal: to win. Our 2-month macro-cycles are designed to peak for specific events, providing a roadmap that balances high-volume interval training with recovery. We integrate dryland guidance to build the functional strength required for more powerful strokes and flip turns.

Sometimes, beech mein thoda samundar ka paani peena padega (you might have to drink a little sea water in between), but maza aayega (it will be fun). If you are ready to stop swimming for leisure and start swimming to win, let us get to work.

I am Ujwal. I have been coaching for 18 years, and I still get a kick out of seeing someone conquer the deep end. I don't care about raw talent; I care about who shows up every day and puts in the work. When you train with me, you are part of a team that pushes every single day.
