About Miscellaneous
Real change starts with slowing down. In my sessions, we do not just move weight; we control it. By using slow-motion reps, you stop relying on momentum and start forcing the muscle to actually work. Whether you are training with me at the gym in South Ex or following my plans online, this is the one shift that separates those who see results from those who just sweat.
How We Train
Bodybuilding is not just about moving heavy plates to show off. If you watch my athletes, you will notice one thing: control. We focus on the mind-muscle connection. If you cannot feel the muscle working during the rep, you are wasting your time. I teach you to squeeze at the top, control the negative, and keep the tension constant. This is how we build density and detail, not just size.
My Coaching Process
Whether you are a beginner looking to understand the basics or a competitive athlete needing a critique on your form, my approach stays the same:
- Weak Point Training: We find where you are lagging and focus on it until it becomes a strong point.
- Technique First: I would rather you lift lighter weight with perfect form than ego-lift heavy and get injured. Your joints need to last, not just your ego.
- Real Nutrition: No fancy powders or complicated diets that don't fit your life. We stick to home-cooked staples—Roti, Rice, and Dal—mapped to your specific body goals.
