Our Fitness Yoga classes operate differently than your standard gym flow. We prioritize movement over stillness, using gymnastics conditioning drills and dynamic stretching that targets flexibility and strength simultaneously. Since we use professional-grade padded flooring, you can push harder into your splits and backbends without worrying about joint impact, making this perfect for both beginners and those looking to advance their mobility.

What happens in a session?
We combine gymnastics principles with traditional yoga, focusing on active flexibility. You will move through dynamic stretches designed to improve your range of motion, coupled with bodyweight strength drills like core compression and arm lifts. We even include specific facial yoga exercises to help with toning. Because the class is fast-paced, it doubles as a cardio workout, helping you burn calories while you build endurance.
