You do not need to be an athlete to start here. We use professional-grade padded flooring, air tracks, and deep foam pits specifically designed to minimize impact. This means you can practice backflips, handstands, or cartwheels with the safety net required to push your limits without the fear of hard falls.

Training Facilities
We operate two dedicated studios in Bangalore, located in Jakkur and Kalyan Nagar. Both facilities are equipped with industry-standard apparatus to ensure high-quality training:
- Apparatus: Access to parallel bars, uneven bars, balance beams, and roman rings.
- Safety Tech: We utilize air tracks, crash mats, and deep foam pits. This setup is critical for adults learning high-skill movements, as it allows you to fall and recover safely while building confidence.
- Environment: High-ceiling industrial halls designed for movement, featuring chalk-dust zones for grip and stability.
What to Expect
Our sessions are not mass-market classes where you get lost in the crowd. We focus on:
- Personalised Spotting: Coaches are always on the floor, providing hands-on assistance during difficult maneuvers.
- Strength Conditioning: We combine gymnastics with calisthenics, including core compression and arm lifts, to build the functional strength needed for stunts.
- Recovery: We generally recommend 3 days a week for adult training to allow your body to adapt and recover properly between sessions.
