Cricket Fitness & Conditioning Training
We don't just teach cricket; we build athletes. Our fitness sessions focus on agility, core strength, and stamina so you can perform when it counts.
Stability and strength are the building blocks of an athlete. This partner exercise is great for developing core strength and balance in our young players.
A proper warm-up is non-negotiable. Cone drills like these increase heart rate, improve muscle coordination, and reduce the risk of injury before a session.

About Fitness, Strength & Conditioning
You will not find generic gym routines here. Every session starts with functional movements, like ladder drills, cone weaving, and partner planks, that directly translate to your fielding speed and batting power. We train on both turf and cement so your body learns to handle different surfaces, and we mix in light, competitive games to make sure you actually enjoy the sweat.
Cricket is a game of endurance as much as skill. Whether you are chasing a ball in the 40th over or generating power for a clean cover drive, your body needs to be ready. At TUG Sports, our approach to fitness is simple: it needs to be useful on the field. We focus on building a cricket-specific engine.
The TUG Conditioning Method
We break fitness down into three pillars:
- Agility & Swift Movement: Using cones and ladders, we teach you how to change direction instantly. This is essential for sharp fielding and quick singles between the wickets.
- Core & Stability: Our partner drills and floor exercises target the core strength you need to maintain balance during a delivery or a high-impact shot.
- Stamina & Resilience: Through sprint intervals and high-repetition routines, we ensure you don't fade away when the match gets tough.
Why It Works
We train in Noida Sector 104 with a focus on holistic athlete development. We use turf and cement surfaces to replicate real-match environments, allowing you to build the specific muscle memory required for cricket. Our ICC-certified coaches watch your form during every set, correcting your alignment before you build bad habits.
Hard work beats talent when talent does not work hard. If you are ready to stop just watching the game from the sidelines and start training like a professional, come join our ground sessions. We welcome players across the Delhi-NCR region who are serious about taking their performance to the next level.
TUG Sports
I am Kunal, and at TUG Sports, we don't believe in just standing in a net. I push our players to move, stretch, and sweat because that is the only way to build a real cricketer. If you are ready to put in the work and leave the screens behind, you will fit right in with our tribe.
