We help your children trade screen time for grass, building agility, balance, and confidence through fun, movement-based games in a safe environment.

Introducing TUG Cubs, our specialized program for athletes aged 4 to 7. We focus on building life skills and a love for sports through fun, foundational activities.

Even at 5 years old, attitude and proper gear are everything. We teach our youngest players the importance of safety and preparation from day one.

Plank to Pike drills are a great way to build core strength and balance. For our TUG Cubs, we make fitness engaging and ensure they learn proper form from the very start.

For kids aged 4 to 7, the most important thing is to get outdoors and play. These drills are designed to build focus, speed, and agility while they have fun with their friends.

Jumping drills are a fantastic way for our youngest players to develop agility and body control. We turn fundamental movements into exciting games.

Watch our little champs navigate the hurdles. Every jump and every step is building their coordination and confidence on the field.

These future stars are learning the basics of movement and speed through cone drills. It's all about starting young and building good habits.

Agility ladders are a key tool in our TUG Cubs program. They help improve footwork, balance, and coordination in a fun and challenging way.

This fun drill sharpens reaction time and speed. We believe that learning happens best when kids are laughing and enjoying themselves.

Little hands, big dreams. Our 4 to 7-year-olds practice their catching skills, learning to track the ball and position their hands correctly.

About TUG Cubs (Ages 4-7): Fun-Based Skill Building

At this age, technique is secondary to movement. We focus on ABCs—Agility, Balance, and Coordination—using soft balls and gamified drills like cone weaving and relay races to ensure safety while keeping engagement high. We want them comfortable moving their own bodies and developing spatial awareness before they even pick up a heavy bat.
