Cricket Strength, Agility, and Fitness Training
Fitness is the foundation of every match-winning performance. We build stamina, speed, and mental toughness through targeted gym sessions and field drills.
Fitness is a lifestyle. Our sessions include ladder and cone drills to improve footwork, speed, and agility on the field.
A montage of our players' hard work. From night matches to intense gym sessions and on-field practice, we are always trying our best.
If you try and fail, congratulations. Most people don't even try. This is the mindset we build, both in the gym and on the field.
We break the monotony of training with a game of football. It's a great way to improve agility, stamina, and team bonding.
The struggle is part of the process. Here, our players are rolling the pitch themselves. We believe in teaching the value of hard work in every aspect of the game.
Discipline in the gym translates to discipline on the field. Our senior players lead by example with their commitment to fitness.

Looking in the mirror and seeing the progress. Our players are committed to their fitness journey.
A confident pose from our players at the gym. Strength and conditioning are vital for a modern cricketer.
A moment of relaxation after a hard workout. The smiles show the satisfaction of pushing their limits.
About Strength, Agility & Fitness
We don't just run laps or hit the gym for vanity. We use functional drills like tire flips and cone ladders that directly translate to your fielding agility and crease speed. Every session is designed to make you a more explosive player, so expect to be pushed during those intense strength workouts and on-field drills.
On-field performance starts with off-field discipline. At Future Champions Cricket Academy, we believe that technique alone isn't enough; you need the physical engine to back it up. Our fitness program in Burari is built on three main pillars:
Gym & Strength Training
Cricket is a demanding sport that puts strain on the body. We focus on functional strength using gym equipment, resistance bands, and bodyweight exercises. Whether you are a pacer needing explosive shoulder power or a batsman requiring a strong core for those pull shots, we tailor the conditioning to the sport. It is about building a durable athlete, not just adding muscle.
Agility & Reflexes
The difference between a catch taken and a catch dropped is often a fraction of a second. We use specialized ladder drills, cone agility courses, and slip-catch reflex training to sharpen your response time. Even during the rainy season, our training doesn't stop. We take our fielding drills to the wet outfield, teaching you how to stay agile and safe while sliding and diving in challenging conditions.
Fun & Cross-Training
To avoid burnout, we mix things up. You will often see us playing football at the end of a session. It is not just for fun; football is excellent for lateral movement, cardiovascular stamina, and teamwork. By keeping the sessions varied, we ensure our players stay hungry and motivated to train six days a week. If you are ready to put in the work and sweat it out, you will find your place here.
Future Champions Cricket Academy
Cricket is therapy for us, but it is also serious business. We are here to help you build the physique and reflexes needed to compete at the next level, whether you are just starting out or preparing for competitive tournaments.
