Group Academy Selection Trial
Assessment Format
- Duration: 60-90 mins total including waiting time in a group setting.
- Evaluators: Primary screening by Assistant Coaches with Head Coach oversight.
- Outcome: Yes/No verdict for academy admission (no detailed reports).
The Drills
- Warm-up: Basic fitness and mobility exercises.
- Batting: Face 10-15 deliveries to check stance and eye-coordination.
- Bowling: 2-3 overs to assess run-up, action, and line/length.
- Equipment: Standard leather balls on cement or turf wickets.
Private Video-Analysis Scouting Session
Professional Analysis
- Coach: Exclusive 1-on-1 time with an ICC Accredited/Senior Coach.
- Tech: Video analysis of action to identify micro-flaws like head position or release point.
- Focus: Targeted assessment for official state trials (UPCA/DDCA).
Simulation & Equipment
- Nets: 30-40 mins intensive session with no sharing.
- Hardware: Use of Bola Bowling Machine for consistent pace and swing testing.
- Feedback: Immediate technical correction and a verbal roadmap for state-level readiness.

My Story
Main Kunal Kanwar, TUG Sports ka founder. Cricket mera ultimate game hai, par asli maza tab aata hai jab sab milke khelte hain. Dekha ki bachche bas screens pe chipke hain, toh socha TUG shuru karein - ek jagah jahan sab ek family ki tarah khel sakein. Hum champions nahi, community banana chahte hain. Yahan bachche girte hain, sambhalte hain, seekhte hain. Dost bante hain, confidence milta hai. Hum bas ek platform dete hain, baaki sab wo khud discover karte hain. Chhote TUG Cubs se lekar bade players tak, sab ek hi tribe hain.
