About Bowling Action & Drills
Forget generic advice. We start with video analysis to catch the tiny habits you can’t feel while bowling. Whether it is correcting your non-bowling arm alignment or stabilizing your jump, we break down your action into actionable steps. You do not need to be a natural prodigy; you just need to put in the hours on our cement and turf wickets until the movement becomes muscle memory.
Building a consistent bowling action is a grind, but it is the only way to avoid injury and maximize pace. Many bowlers come to us struggling with accuracy or uneven run-ups, often because they haven't learned to stabilize their body during the delivery stride. We don't just watch; we analyze. Using smartphone-based video feedback, we show you exactly where your front leg collapses or why your release point is inconsistent.
Training at TUG Sports in Noida is about repetition. We use agility ladders, hurdles for your jump, and target cones to build that repeatable rhythm. Our facility in Sector 100 offers both turf and cement wickets, so you can train under different conditions. If you are a fast bowler, we focus on generating force through proper weight transfer. For spinners, it is about the loop and rotation.
We keep the groups small, ensuring you get enough overs in the nets to apply what we discuss. If you are struggling with a specific issue like falling away or losing your line, we isolate that part of your action until it is fixed. It is simple math: better mechanics, more control, fewer injuries. Come ready to work, follow the drills, and we will handle the technical refinements.
