Master Your Technique: Expert Cricket Coaching
We don’t just run drills; we break down your game. Our coaching focuses on fixing your technique on the ground, not on a whiteboard, using video analysis to correct your stance and swing.
Here, our coach is explaining the mechanics of a drive using a simple drill. We break down complex movements into easy-to-understand steps to ensure players grasp the fundamentals.
"Movement zero." A coach explains the importance of a stable base and still head at the point of the bowler's release. This kind of tactical advice is crucial for playing pace effectively.
A coach addresses a group of young players during an evening session. These team talks are important for discussing strategy, setting goals, and motivating the players.
"Kiska call hoga?" A coach explains the rules of calling for a run. We teach game awareness and communication, which are vital skills for building partnerships.
A coach uses a practical demonstration to teach young players who should be calling for runs based on where the ball is hit.
An attentive group of young cricketers listening to their coach. We foster a disciplined and respectful environment where players are eager to learn.
A coach giving instructions to the team. Clear communication and strategy are key components of our group coaching sessions.
A coach demonstrates a shot while the players observe. Leading by example is a powerful teaching tool we use frequently.
A player wishing his coach a happy birthday. The bond between our coaches and players is built on respect, appreciation, and a shared passion for the game.
About Expert Coaching & Player Development
We focus on 'zero movement' before the ball is released to keep your base stable. During our sessions at our Sector 100 facility, you will see us using smartphone-based video analysis to pinpoint exactly where your weight transfer or grip needs fixing. It is about immediate, practical adjustments that you can test in the very next over.
How We Train
Cricket is a game of habits. If your biomechanics are wrong, no amount of power hitting will save you. At TUG Sports, we strip back your game to the foundation—grip, stance, and head position.
The TUG Approach:
- Technique First: Whether you are working on your cover drive or backfoot punch, we drill the movement pattern until it is ingrained. We believe in high-volume repetitions with sidearm throwers to master specific shots without the wait.
- Video Analysis: We don't just tell you what's wrong; we show you. We use video feedback to help you see your body alignment, so you understand exactly why a shot didn't come off.
- Game Awareness: Knowing how to call for a run or when to rotate the strike is as important as the shot itself. We run specialized sessions on game sense, fielding positions, and communication between wickets.
Why Our Coaching Works
Our ICC-certified coaches keep groups small (1:12 to 1:15 ratio), ensuring that nobody gets lost in the crowd. We utilize floodlit facilities at Sector 100, Noida, which allows for consistent evening training even after school or work hours.
What to Expect:
- Private Coaching: One-on-one sessions focused entirely on your biomechanical correction and high-volume reps.
- Group Sessions: Tactical understanding and game strategy within a competitive team environment.
- Holistic Growth: We incorporate fitness drills using cones and ladders to keep you agile, not just strong. We are here to build champions, not just players. If you are ready to put in the work, we are ready to coach.
