About this collection

You don't need to be fit or flexible to walk in. We provide all the gear—the hoops, the slacklines, and the grip aids—so you just bring yourself. We keep group sizes small, which means you get enough individual attention to get the basics right, whether you're wobbling on a line or trying to keep a hoop spinning around your waist.

What to Expect

  • Hoop Harmony: We move beyond just keeping the hoop up. You will learn basic flow patterns, how to engage your core, and how to use the hoop to release tension from the week. It is a cardio workout that doesn't feel like a chore.
