Session Content
- Sensory Work: Facilitated exercises engaging sight, sound, smell, and touch.
- Digital Detox: Strictly no-phone policy during the core walk.
- Meditation: Silent standing or seated meditation in a nature circle.
Hospitality
- Refreshments: Tea/coffee and biscuits served picnic-style post-walk.

Ice Bath & Breathwork Workshop

What We Offer
- Sound healing meditation: Experience deep relaxation with Naad Yoga-inspired sound baths using Tibetan bowls and gongs. It’s all about letting the vibrations do the work—no tech, just you and the sound.
- Forest therapy walk (Shinrin-Yoku): Slow down and notice nature in a guided, sensory-rich walk. Not a trek, not a race—just a breather for your mind.
- Breathwork and cold exposure: Our ice bath plunge is intense, but super rewarding. We guide you through breathwork first, then the plunge, and end with a bit of warmth. It’s a real test of mental resilience.
- Traditional movement practices: Try ancient strength-building workshops—think jujutsu or Indian tools like Gada and Mudgar. You don’t need skills, just curiosity.
- Move and play: Get into aerial or pole movement (inspired by Mallakhamb), or try out hooping and slacklining. It’s messy, fun, and not about being perfect.
How We Do It
- Absolute beginners welcome. Most folks come with zero experience.
- Small groups, laidback vibe, and genuine experts leading each session.

My Work
Hands-on Workshops - We run everything from pottery class India, signature perfume making, to aerial yoga workshop, mixology, and board game events.
Beginner Friendly - No stress if you’ve never tried it. Our hosts walk you through every step, so you just show up and dive in.
