About Gravity & Grace: Aerial Silks, Pole & Hoop
Before you worry about your upper body strength, remember that the apparatus does much of the heavy lifting. You will use grip aids like liquid chalk or rosin, and most of our movements begin on the floor, allowing you to build confidence before you ever leave the ground. It is less about raw power and more about understanding the physics of your own body.
Aerial arts can look intimidating from a distance, but our workshops are designed to break that wall down. Whether you choose the fluidity of Aerial Silks, the strength-building focus of Pole, or the creative shapes of Aerial Hoop, every session starts with the basics.
What you can expect in a session
- Foundational Movement: We never jump into advanced tricks. We spend time on floor-based warm-ups and basic conditioning to prepare your muscles.
- Apparatus Training: You will have time to get comfortable with the equipment. Our instructors focus on proper engagement, teaching you how to use your core and legs rather than just relying on arm strength.
- Safety First: We maintain small group sizes with professional-grade rigging and safety mats. You work within your comfort zone, guided by experts who know how to spot and support you.
