This is a snapshot of my hybrid training style, where I blend functional strength, weightlifting, and mindset work for real, measurable results.

This is what it feels like when you shift your mindset from just lifting weights to letting the weights lift you up. My coaching focuses on explosive, functional movements like the snatch to build full-body power and confidence.

Boxing-inspired fitness is a core part of my training because it builds mental and physical endurance. It's not just about throwing punches; it's about focus, discipline, and the consistency that leads to real change when you feel like nothing is happening.
