Aerial Yoga & Mobility Training in Delhi NCR
Move better, lift heavier, and decompress your spine with my hybrid mobility and aerial yoga approach. No fancy tricks, just functional strength.
An inverted aerial yoga pose, which is great for spinal decompression and improving circulation. It's a fun way to challenge your body and see the world from a different perspective.
A demonstration of essential mobility drills like the World's Greatest Stretch and arm circles. I incorporate these movements before workouts to prepare the muscles and joints for action, improving range of motion and reducing injury risk.
A moment of calm inside the aerial silk. Besides being a great workout, aerial yoga also provides a unique space for focus and relaxation.
An inverted split pose in the aerial hammock. This move challenges your core stability and hip flexibility while building upper body strength to hold the position.
Performing Surya Namaskar, or Sun Salutation, against a beautiful sunset. This traditional yoga flow is a fantastic way to warm up the body, improve flexibility, and connect with your breath.
A close-up showing the arm and shoulder engagement required in aerial yoga. It's a discipline that builds lean, functional muscle in a way that is very different from traditional weightlifting.
A seated pose in the aerial hammock. Even the simpler positions help to build core strength and improve your body awareness and balance.
About Aerial Yoga & Mobility
It is easy to focus only on lifting, but if your joints are not mobile, you are leaving progress on the table. My aerial yoga and mobility sessions are designed to fix your posture, decompress your spine after heavy lifting days, and make sure your muscles actually have the range of motion they need to perform.
Why Mobility Matters
Most people think mobility is just for warm-ups. In my sessions, it is a core discipline. If you cannot squat deep or reach overhead without compensation, you are setting yourself up for injury. I use mobility drills to help you understand your body mechanics, fix movement imbalances, and prepare your joints for the intensity of my strength and conditioning programs.
The Aerial Approach
I incorporate aerial yoga not for the photos, but for spinal decompression. When you lift heavy weights or spend hours at a desk, your spine takes a beating. The aerial hammock acts as a suspension tool to help you stretch safely and build core stability while hanging upside down. It provides a unique stimulus that standard gym equipment cannot replicate.
How We Train
My sessions are practical. We use PVC pipes, resistance bands, and aerial silks to improve your range of motion. Whether you are a beginner looking to move without pain or an athlete trying to break a plateau, I ensure your form is perfect. I coach in-person at Leo's Gym in Preet Vihar and Everyday Fitness in Surajkund, and I also provide remote guidance for those who need it.
