About Client Training & Guidance
You will notice in these clips that I am not just standing around. I am actively fixing your form during movements like the trap bar deadlift or cable flys. Most injuries happen because trainers let their clients lift with ego instead of technique. If you want a plan that prioritizes your safety and muscle activation over showing off, I can help you.

How I Work
I don't just hand you a PDF and disappear. This is a collaborative process.
- Technical Supervision: Whether you are in a commercial gym or at home, I review your video form for compound lifts. I catch the mistakes in your squat or deadlift before they lead to an injury.
- Data-Driven Adjustments: Every Sunday, I review your weight and physique updates. I provide voice notes to explain exactly why we are changing your training load or caloric intake. You will understand the 'why' behind every move.
- PCOS & Medical Management: I have specific protocols for metabolic issues like PCOS and Thyroid imbalances. We analyze your lab reports to ensure your diet is fixing your internal markers, not just changing a number on the scale.
My Philosophy
Consistency is the only secret. I help you build a sustainable diet using simple, low-cost protein sources like Seitan or Soya. You do not need a massive grocery budget or fancy supplements to build muscle. You need a coach who understands the science and won't feed you marketing fluff.
