Award-Winning Sustainable Architecture Projects

Beyond the Awards: Our Design Philosophy

For us, awards are not the end goal; they are milestones that confirm our approach to 'slow architecture' is resonating with the industry and the environment alike. We believe that architecture should be a quiet poem, and our recognition stems from our relentless experimentation with materials.

Notable Recognitions

• The Earth (Nandi Hills): This project has been a recurring highlight, winning in the 'Environmental Conscious Design' category at the Kohler Bold Design Awards and receiving a Special Mention at the Architizer A+ Awards. It stands as a testament to our ability to create sophisticated, two-story structures with minimal cement, relying instead on dry-clad granite and innovative rebate joints.

• Aqua Pool & Spa: Nominated for ArchDaily’s 'Building of the Year' in Healthcare Architecture, this project showcases our comfort with parametric design. By utilizing ferrocement, we achieved fluid, organic roof forms that mimic the natural contours of the Karnataka hills, proving that wellness spaces can be both high-performance and visually serene.

Our Commitment to Craft

These publications and awards celebrate the 'how' behind the visual. Whether it is our work in commercial branding for showrooms or residential sanctuaries, we apply the same rigour:

• Material Honesty: We avoid hiding the raw beauty of mud, stone, and earth.
• Passive Systems: We integrate climatic analysis into our concept development to ensure natural cooling and light.
• Artisan Collaboration: We bridge the gap between ancient temple construction techniques and contemporary structural engineering, ensuring every project is buildable and sustainable.

When you work with us, you are engaging a process that values the raw, the local, and the lasting over the trendy or the superficial.
