Full Home Turnkey Interiors: Civil, Finish & Joinery
Civil & Flooring
- Flooring: Installation of seamless pigmented cement (IPS), honed Kota stone, or rough-cut granite with brass/copper inlay.
- Wall Finishes: Breathable mud plasters, lime-wash textures, or micro-concrete on feature walls with dry-clad stone accents.
- Structural: Removal of non-load-bearing walls to create fluid layouts; modifying window openings for larger UPVC/Aluminium glass sections.
Joinery & Kitchen
- Core Material: BWP Grade Plywood with natural Veneer or Duco finish only (no laminate).
- Wardrobes: Floor-to-ceiling shutters featuring cane/rattan weaving inserts and solid wood handles.
- Kitchen: Modular setup with matte-finish cabinetry and custom Granite/Quartz stone countertops.
Architectural Features

- Material honesty: Wood, stone, pigmented concrete - you’ll see them raw and real. Like the vibe of a chaithela (local tea stall), warm and inviting.
- Play of light: We use jali (latticework) for those moving shadows and cozy, ambient corners.
