My Journey: From Burnout to Breakthrough
I’m Anagha. I spent years chasing someone else’s definition of success before realizing that my burnout was actually a wake-up call. Here is the raw, unedited story of how I pivoted my career.
This was the live announcement where I officially pivoted from business coaching to mindset coaching full time. I was a mess of emotions, torn between logic and my heart, but I chose what felt aligned. It was a vulnerable moment, but it’s the truth of my journey.
I’m sharing my story of shutting down a successful business to start over as a mindset coach. It was scary, but I’m here to show you that your path is your own, and it’s okay to change direction to follow what feels right. This is your permission slip to trust your gut.
I remember feeling completely broken by a toxic job. It cost me my hair, my sleep, and my self-worth. That small belief that I was meant for more is what got me here, and I want to help you find that same belief in yourself, especially if you feel stuck right now.
People often ask how I built a marketing business with an engineering degree. The truth is, your degree doesn't define your skills or your potential. Your passion and your drive do.
My Instagram has never been fake, but here I'm sharing some of the struggles and lows I usually hesitate to post. It's part of my commitment to being real with you.
A list of my real struggles, from battling self-doubt and jealousy to deprioritizing my health for business. I share this because growth isn't a perfect, straight line.
The most important part of facing your struggles is awareness. I'm not perfect, but I am aware and actively working on upgrading every area of my life, one baby step at a time. And you can too.
About My Journey: From Burnout to Breakthrough
The turning point for me wasn't a grand epiphany. It was the moment I realized I was launching a program for all the wrong reasons just to keep up appearances. If you find yourself following the logical path while your heart is pulling you in a completely different direction, you are not failing. You are just ready for a pivot that actually fits your life. Let's talk about how to stop performing for others and start building for yourself.
For years, I played the game. Engineering degree, 16-hour days, neglecting my health. I thought that was the price of admission for success. Even after pivoting to social media management and finding success, I felt that familiar itch again. I was on the hamster wheel of hustle, and frankly, I was fried.
This cluster is my way of showing you that you do not have to be perfect to change your life. You will see the messy reality of shutting down a business, dealing with the crippling fear of judgment, and finally leaning into my role as a mindset and manifestation coach.
Why the pivot felt so scary
It is natural to worry about what others will think. When I decided to pause my group program just days after announcing it, I was a mess of emotions. I felt embarrassed. But I also felt a deep sense of relief because I finally chose alignment over strategy.
Can you do it too?
If you are currently sitting in a job or a business that drains your soul, know this: you are allowed to walk away. You are allowed to start from scratch. Your degree does not define your potential, and your past mistakes do not dictate your future.
I share these moments not to show you a perfect success story, but to remind you that your journey is your own. Whether you are battling self-doubt, jealousy of your peers, or just that nagging feeling that you are meant for more, you have my support. We go slow, we work on those subconscious blocks, and we build a life that actually feels good to live.
