In our foundation classes, we focus on what happens before the music drops. You will spend the first 20 minutes of every session on isolated drills—breaking down complex hip-hop footwork and body control so your movement feels natural and grounded, not just memorized.
Learning the basics can feel repetitive, but at our Noida studio, we have found that consistency is the only real shortcut to better dancing. Whether you are working on Litefeet basics or perfecting your floorwork transitions, our instructors guide you through the repetition until the movement feels like second nature. Our approach combines the discipline of our classical training with the high-energy pulse of modern street styles. We keep batch sizes small, which means you get direct feedback on your posture, weight distribution, and timing. It is about understanding the mechanics of a step so you can eventually add your own flair. For our younger students, these drills are designed as engaging exercises to improve coordination without the pressure of a final recital. For adults, it is a focused hour of de-stressing through technical precision.
