It is not just about the paint. Before I pick up a brush, I deep clean and apply a bonding primer so your design stays vibrant and does not peel. Every lamp gets multiple coats of clear varnish, making the surface wipeable and protected against dust and daily handling.
Whether it is a tired lampshade from a flea market or a plain pendant light that needs a pop of color, I love giving old lighting a second chance. My process starts with a conversation about what you actually want—be it wild florals, geometric lines, or a specific color palette that matches your room.
Everything happens in my Whitefield studio. You bring me the lamp, we decide on the art, and I get to work. Please keep in mind that I am an artist, not an electrician, so I cannot handle structural repairs or rewiring. If your lamp works, I make it look better.
I use high-grade, fade-resistant acrylics that hold up well over time. Because these are hand-painted, every piece is unique, and I take 10 to 15 days to ensure the paint cures properly and the varnish is perfectly applied. It is a slow process, but that is how we ensure your lamp does not just look good today, but keeps looking good for a long time.
