About Vibrant Planters & Garden Decor
Before any color touches the surface, every planter goes through a deep-clean and bonding primer treatment. I do this because these pieces aren't just for display; they are functional items that need to withstand daily watering and the humidity in your balcony. I finish every pot with multiple coats of furniture-grade, fade-resistant varnish, so your artwork stays bright and clean even after months of use.
I started painting pots because I genuinely believe that every boring, mass-produced item can be a canvas. My studio in Whitefield is usually covered in paint, and this planter collection is a big part of what we do.
My Approach to Your Pots
Whether you have an old terracotta pot, a plastic planter, or a metal container you were about to throw away, I can bring it to life. I don't just 'decorate' them; I use my signature line-painting technique and vibrant acrylics to tell a story on the surface. Some are inspired by cityscapes, others by the birds I see in my garden, and some are just funky, abstract faces that make a space feel fun.
The Process
If you have a pot in mind, we start by chatting about your space. Do you want something subtle that blends with your plants, or a bright pop of color that stands out?
- Surface Prep: I sand and prime everything to make sure the paint bonds properly.
- Design: We finalize the motif—nature, florals, or something completely offbeat.
- Sealing: The most important step. I apply a heavy-duty sealant so the pot remains wipeable and durable for indoor or outdoor use.
A Team Effort
This isn't a one-woman show. My mom is the real artist behind some of the bird and floral motifs you see in our gallery. When you order a planter, you aren't getting a factory-made item; you are getting a piece that was handled, sketched, painted, and varnished by us with a whole lot of heart. Since everything is hand-painted, each piece will have its own tiny quirks, which is exactly how I like it.
