Our library in Sector 39 is more than just a place to borrow books. It is a hub for connection. We believe that reading should be a shared adventure, which is why we frequently step outside our doors to participate in events like the Kukdukoo kids art fest or welcome groups from schools like Footprints Playschool for dedicated library visits.

When we host these community and special events, our goal is to bring the magic of books to life. For playschool visits, we focus on helping little ones feel comfortable in a library environment, showing them that books are friends, not just objects on a shelf. We use voice modulation, puppets, and props to make stories jump off the page. When we are at festivals, we set up activity corners where kids can get their hands messy with crafts, engage in word games, or simply find a cozy corner to explore a new picture book.

These sessions are designed to build confidence and social skills in a safe, screen-free space.
