The Snack

• Pizza Cheese Buns: Soft bun filled with savoury paneer or chicken, sauce and mozzarella. Mini (80 to 100g) or regular (130 to 150g).
• Tikka Stuffed Buns: Fluffy bun filled with spiced paneer tikka or chicken tikka. 120 to 140g.
• Calzones: Mini veg (spiced paneer, cheese, herbs, veggies, pizza sauce) or mini chicken. 150g.
• Wraps: Paneer or chicken. 150g.

Dessert Unit

• Cinnamon Rolls: Our best-seller, baked with cinnamon sugar and butter with cream cheese frosting, and double toppings. Flavours are Chocolate Drizzle, Berrylicious, Butterscotch, Oreo Crumble, Biscoff Crumble and Cheesecake, all at the same price. Cheese made in-house. Approx 170g.
• Brownies: Fudge style density, available plain, almond or walnut. Approx 80 to 90g.

Packaging

• Box: Packed in sturdy grease proof boxes to prevent frosting smears during delivery.
• Extras: Includes one disposable wooden spoon or fork and a premium 2 ply napkin.

Veg Meal Boxes

• Chapathi, rice, palya, dal, pickle, rasam and curd, with your pick of main: paneer butter masala, mixed veg curry, bhindi masala, aloo palak, South Indian sambar, dal tadka, palak paneer or gobi manchurian.
• Veg biriyani with pickle and raita. Veg pilav with raita and pickle.

Non-Veg Meal Boxes

• Biriyani: mutton, chicken or donne biriyani, each with raita and pickle.
• Rice and curry: chicken curry with chilli chicken, mutton curry, chicken kabab, butter chicken with fried rice, ghee rice with chicken manchurian, chicken fried rice.
• Mediterranean: chicken kabsa with tomato salsa, chicken mandi with salsa and mayo dip, grilled chicken with pitta bread, hummus and babaganush.
• Other: broast chicken with fries, coleslaw and bun. Veg or non-veg noodles.

Breakfast Boxes

• White dosa with potato curry, string hopper with egg curry, kulcha with green peas curry and chutney, or poori with chenna curry. Tea comes in a lidded flask holding three to four cups, with serving cups.

Also Available

• Bechamel Macaroni (Veg or Non-Veg): Creamy pasta with bechamel sauce and golden cheese, baked in the container. 450ml portion.
• Dessert: Add a dessert portion to any box if you want one. Gulab jamun, rasagulla, fruit custard, kesari, carrot halwa, bread halwa or sahlab.

Build It Your Way

• Every box is put together to your requirement. Swap the main, drop what you don't want, add what you do. Nothing here is a fixed thali.
• Minimum: 15 to 20 boxes for a one-off order. For a standing daily order, 10 boxes a day works.

Container Details

• Vessel: Your choice of a sectioned meal tray with separate compartments for rice, roti, curry, a side and a sweet, with a clear lid, the same standard tray the big hotel chains use, or everything in one bulk container to serve out yourself.
• Cutlery: A fork plus a sealed spoon, fork and knife pack, and a tissue.
• Staying warm: We pack into thick carton boxes straight after cooking, never reheated, and food has always reached our clients warm. It won't stay hot all day, so plan to eat within a couple of hours.

• Prices shown are a guide range and apply from 15 to 20 boxes upwards. For a standing daily order, 10 boxes a day is enough.
• Smaller than that gets difficult for us to source and cook for, so we would rather talk it through with you than quote a number.

• Order minimum: For meal boxes we go by the number of boxes rather than a rupee minimum, so 15 boxes is enough to place an order.
• Lead time: 2 days (48 hours) notice, whatever the size of the order. At a push we can work with 24 hours.
• Halal only: We are a Muslim family, so no pork. Our kitchen has separate veg and non-veg sections, so pure veg orders stay pure veg.
• Early mornings: We can deliver from around 7am if you need breakfast on time. We pre-book the delivery the day before.
• More than one address: We can drop to two or more locations on the same order, just tell us what goes where.
