About My Baking Journey
People often ask how I manage complex themes or intricate piping from a home kitchen. The truth is, I don't just bake a cake, I obsess over the details because I know this is a moment you have been waiting for. Whether it is a tiny bento box for a weekday win or a multi-tier wedding centrepiece, I make sure the sponge is moist, the flavours are balanced, and the design looks exactly like the vision you shared with me.
How My Journey Began
The phrase "Ek cake hi toh" was the catalyst for The Dessert Chowk. It was never about being a professional from day one, but about the curiosity to see if I could create something beautiful. Every plum cake that failed in the beginning was a lesson in patience and technique. Now, I focus on 100% eggless creations, from Indian fusion flavours like Royal Rasmalai to modern K-Pop themes.
My Process
I treat your celebration as if it were my own. Because I operate from my home in Malad, I have the freedom to give each order the personal attention it deserves. I handle the entire process, from the structural engineering required for tall cakes to the delicate fondant work on small toppers. My kitchen is small, but my commitment to getting the design and texture right is substantial.

I work on a pre-order basis to ensure freshness. If you are looking for something specific, whether it is a meme cake that makes you laugh or a sophisticated anniversary piece, please plan ahead. Since I handle custom designs myself, I prefer a heads-up of a few days to ensure I can give your cake the time it needs. Just share your idea, and let us make it happen!
