About this collection
What you see here isn't a factory assembly line; it's just me and my Ma working out of our studio in Goregaon. When you order a hamper or a custom cake, you're getting something we've personally baked, boxed, and tied with a ribbon. We don't use fondants or shortcuts—just pure, eggless recipes that we’ve tested and tasted ourselves. From Fashion to Flour
I didn't plan on being a baker. I spent years in fashion marketing, but the pandemic changed my perspective. I started posting my baking experiments just for fun, and five years later, it’s my full-time reality. It wasn’t an overnight success story—it was a lot of late nights and messy kitchens.
The 'Ma' Factor
Bakeemyday is truly a family project. My mother is the powerhouse behind everything we do. She’s the one who helps me hustle during Diwali rushes and Rakhi prep, often working straight through her own birthday just to get orders out. We believe that if it’s not good enough for our own family to eat, it doesn’t go into your box.
Our Process
- 100% Eggless & Fondant-Free: We stick to buttercream and ganache. No heavy, sugary fondant layers that sit untouched on the plate.
- Scratch-Made: Whether it’s our millet brownies or our signature Tiramisu tubs, we make our components in-house. We don't believe in using pre-mixes.
- Goregaon Studio: We moved from a home kitchen to our own studio, which allows us to host workshops and manage bulk orders more efficiently without losing that 'homemade' touch.
Why We Do It
We aren't just selling dessert; we are sharing a bit of our joy. That’s why we focus so much on the packaging and the little details—like the satin ribbons and the personalized tags.
