About The Art of the Cocktail & Our Wine Cellar
We treat our bar program as a shifting canvas. If you are looking to host an intimate evening, our underground wine cellar is available for exclusive 3 to 4-hour rentals. Designed for groups of 10 to 12, this private space gives you access to our curated library of over 2,000 bottles, with a dedicated sommelier to walk your group through custom pairings.
Drinking at Lupa isn't just about the pour; it's about the context. We built our underground wine cellar PDR to be a proper retreat from the MG Road bustle, climate-controlled and packed with a library of exceptional labels. It is not just for experts—we host everyone from casual groups to serious collectors looking to decode a specific vineyard's history.
Our bar program follows that same philosophy of curiosity. We don't just do classic cocktails. During events like Negroni Week, we shift the entire menu, using Pantone swatches to help you pick your drink based on color and flavor profile. You might find us collaborating with a visiting winemaker to match a Chianti Classico with a spicy Birria, or shaking up seasonal specials like our house Tepache. Everything is purposeful, from the handmade ice to the tableside service.
Whether you are stopping by for a post-work drink, a weekend date night, or booking the cellar for a private celebration, expect the same energy. We are obsessed with the details—the glassware, the temperature, the story behind the bottle. If you have an idea for a tasting theme or just want to know what is drinking well this season, just ask.
