This is not a standard watering hole. My mansion was built to be a living, breathing crafthouse where the science of brewing meets the art of storytelling. Each of our 16 craft beer taps tells a different part of our history—from light, sessionable ales perfect for a sunny Bengaluru afternoon to heavy, complex stouts that demand attention.
Then there is the bar alchemy. We avoid the overly sweet, pre-mix shortcuts. My bartenders work with house-made bitters, fresh herbs, and spices often found in Indian kitchens—like kewra or khara masala—to bridge the gap between global cocktail culture and our local soul.
