1. Design & Approval It starts with your vision and your land. We consult on layouts that maximize your available space, whether you are planning a single cabin or a multi-unit resort. We provide architectural plans and get your approval before a single piece of steel is cut.

2. Factory Fabrication This is where we differ from standard contractors. Your modules are fabricated in our controlled factory environment. This allows for rigorous quality checks on welding, electrical conduits, and plumbing. Because we build indoors, we are immune to the monsoon delays that typically stall construction across Karnataka and Tamil Nadu.

3. Site Preparation While the factory team works on the structure, our site crew handles the ground. We manage leveling, clearing, and foundation work, ensuring the plinth is cured and ready for the module arrival.

4. Delivery & Assembly We transport the finished modules to your site. Using cranes, we lift and secure them onto the foundation. This 'plug and play' approach means you avoid months of on-site dust, noise, and labor management.

5. Utilities & Finishes Once the module is anchored, we connect sewage, water, and power lines, and finalize the exterior decking and internal trims. You get a turnkey, ready-to-use space without the typical construction mess.
