Structure & Shell
- One repurposed 20ft x 8ft ISO shipping container (Corten Steel)
- Rust-treated exterior with marine-grade industrial epoxy paint
- High-density Rockwool insulation (48kg/m3) on walls and ceiling
- Internal cladding using 8mm Cement Fiber Board or Gypsum Drywall
Doors & Glazing
- Main display: Fixed toughened glass window (6ft x 4ft) or hydraulic lift-up serving hatch
- Entry: Single leaf mild steel door or aluminium glass door
- Heavy-duty SPC flooring or commercial-grade vinyl sheets
Electrical
- 6-8 internal LED panel lights and 2 track lights
- Internal wiring with modular switches (Legrand/Schneider equivalent)
