Structure & Shell
- One repurposed 20ft x 8ft ISO shipping container (Corten Steel)
- Rust-treated exterior with marine-grade industrial epoxy paint
- High-density Rockwool insulation (48kg/m3) on walls and ceiling
- Internal cladding using 8mm Cement Fiber Board or Gypsum Drywall
Doors & Glazing
- Main display: Fixed toughened glass window (6ft x 4ft) or hydraulic lift-up serving hatch
- Entry: Single leaf mild steel door or aluminium glass door
- Heavy-duty SPC flooring or commercial-grade vinyl sheets
Electrical
- 6-8 internal LED panel lights and 2 track lights
- Internal wiring with modular switches (Legrand/Schneider equivalent)
- Cut-out provision for Split AC unit and piping
Café Module with Rooftop Deck (320 sq ft Total)
Fabrication
- 20ft repurposed container reinforced for vertical load bearing
- 160 sq ft open-air rooftop deck with steel framing and railings
- External MS spiral or straight staircase with anti-skid steps
- 3.5ft high MS railings around the rooftop perimeter
Interiors
- Plumbing lines for sink and wash area (civil work only)
- Tiled or stainless steel backsplash in food prep zone
- Serving window with granite or treated wood counter ledge
Flooring
- Rooftop: WPC decking strips or artificial turf
- Interior: Anti-skid ceramic tiles or industrial vinyl
- Exterior corrugated walls left clear for branding
