Swap screen time for obstacle courses, zip lines, and climbing walls. Our bootcamps get kids moving, building strength and coordination in a safe, dust-free indoor space.

Our circuit training sessions are a fantastic way to build stamina and agility. Kids run through a course of hurdles and markers, learning to navigate challenges while having a great time.

This is our weekend fun in full swing. We use agility ladders and soft obstacles to create dynamic courses that improve footwork, speed, and coordination for kids of all ages.

The crab walk is a fun and challenging exercise that strengthens the core, arms, and legs. Our junior ninjas love learning these animal inspired movements during their fitness sessions.

Retro walking, or walking backward, is an excellent drill for improving balance, spatial awareness, and strengthening different muscle groups. It's a simple but highly effective part of our bootcamp.

We teach the difference between being fit and being strong through practical exercises. Here, an instructor demonstrates the correct form for a push up alongside a young student, ensuring safe and effective training.

Teamwork makes the dream work. In this exercise, kids work together to create a human caterpillar, learning coordination and cooperation while building core and upper body strength.

Our exercise routines include a mix of stretching, rolling, and fitness dance moves. Here, kids are learning basic stretches to improve flexibility and prevent injuries, an important part of a healthy lifestyle.

Balance is a fundamental skill we focus on. This little ninja is carefully walking across a balance beam, a great activity for developing concentration and physical control.

Jumping is a fantastic way to build explosive power and coordination. Here, kids are practicing jumping on and off soft blocks, learning to control their landings in a safe, padded environment.

Ninja kids are active kids. Even in winter, we keep the energy high with fun, indoor exercises like this seated race, which helps build core strength and endurance.

About Fitness & Agility Bootcamp

Our sessions follow a circuit training format that changes daily, incorporating animal-inspired movements like crab walks and retro walking. We move beyond simple repetition to keep kids engaged, building their core strength and coordination in a way that feels like play rather than a workout.

Why Our Bootcamps Work

Most kids today are stuck behind screens, but at our Kalkaji hub, we turn that energy around. Our Fitness & Agility Bootcamps are not about drilling kids to exhaustion. We focus on functional play, using equipment like our climbing wall, foam pits, and balance beams to teach children how to control their bodies.

The Ninja Approach

We structure our classes to improve three core areas:

  • Balance & Stability: Through beam walking and tree pose exercises, children learn to steady themselves, which helps in everyday activities and sports.
  • Coordination & Agility: Our obstacle courses, involving hurdles and zip lines, force kids to think on their feet, improving reaction time and motor skills.
  • Strength & Endurance: By using bodyweight exercises and fun challenges like the human caterpillar, kids build stamina without ever touching heavy weights.

Safe, Dust-Free, and Indoor

Living in Delhi, we know how tough it is to find outdoor play areas during pollution spells or extreme weather. Our facility is completely indoors and dust-free, ensuring that your child can stay active, build their immunity, and burn off energy regardless of what the air quality index says outside. Every batch is age-segregated, so 4-year-olds are training with peers their own age, not competing with older children.

Whether it is learning a proper push-up or mastering a jump on the trampoline, we keep the mood light with our 'Bam Bam Bole, Masti Mein Dole' spirit. It is about building a healthy habit, one session at a time.

We are Ninja Kids, and we believe our daily motto, 'Lakshya ko har haal mein pana hai,' applies to fitness too. We started this hub in Kalkaji because we wanted to stop the screen-scroll marathon and give local kids a place where they can climb, jump, and roar for real.
