Fitness shouldn't feel like a chore. At Route to Fitnness, we turn workouts into high-energy dance sessions where your kids actually look forward to moving, laughing, and building confidence.

This is what a regular class looks like, full of energy and cool moves. Here, our kids' dance batch at the Paschim Vihar branch is perfectly in sync for a hip-hop routine, complete with shades and caps. It’s all about building confidence and having fun together.

Nothing beats the energy of Bhangra. Here I am, matching steps with one of our talented young dancers to the beats of "White Brown Black". This is how we mix traditional Punjabi dance with modern fitness for a qaatil routine.

Our Dandiya celebration was full of color and smiles. This is our crew of young dancers, all dressed up in traditional outfits and ready with their dandiya sticks. I love seeing them embrace cultural festivities with so much excitement.

Our sessions follow a structured flow: we start with 15 minutes of warm-up aerobics, jump into 40 minutes of high-energy Bollywood or freestyle choreography, and finish with 5 minutes of calming yoga. It keeps kids engaged, ensures they don't get bored, and makes sure even total beginners feel confident enough to jump right in.
