About HIIT & Fitness Challenges
For our HIIT classes, we run two sessions weekly—Tuesday evenings and Thursday mornings—led by certified instructors. We use the STRONG Nation™ format, where every movement is synced to music designed to keep your intensity high and your focus sharp. Just remember to bring your own workout mat and shoes, as we focus on floor-based intensity.

Our STRONG Nation™ classes are not your average gym workout; they are a full-body conditioning experience where the music dictates the intensity. The Challenge Culture
Fitness is better with a bit of healthy competition. Our annual Plank Challenge is a staple in the RT Nagar community. It is not just about who stays up the longest; it is about the atmosphere of people cheering each other on. We turn what could be a lonely exercise into a shared victory, complete with celebrations and prizes.
Practical Details for Your Visit
- Class Timings: We host STRONG Nation™ on Tuesdays at 6:30 PM and Thursdays at 7:30 AM.
- Gear: Please bring your own training shoes and a yoga mat. We provide the climate-controlled studio and the energy.
- Recovery: After the sweat, feel free to use our gender-segregated steam room facilities to help with muscle recovery.
- Beyond HIIT: If you have an unlimited pass, you can mix these HIIT sessions with our Zumba, Bolly Aerobics, or Yoga classes to balance your training week.
