Yoga for Strength & Calm
My yoga classes are designed to be beginner-friendly, focusing on building strength, improving balance, and listening to your body. I guide you through various asanas and ensure you receive help with your form, creating a calm and restorative experience.
HIIT & Fitness Challenges
If you're looking to challenge yourself, this is the place. I offer STRONG NATION™, a music-led HIIT class to push your limits, and host regular community fitness challenges like our annual Plank Challenge to test your endurance in a supportive environment.
