For those ready to push their limits, I offer STRONG NATION™. This is a music-led, high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout where every move is synced to the beat. It’s a challenging and incredibly rewarding full-body workout.

If you love Bollywood music, our Bolly Aerobics classes are for you. It’s a fantastic cardio workout that feels more like a dance party, mixing fun choreography with high-energy fitness moves.
