MMA Fight Camp & Professional Cage Training
Real fight preparation requires more than just basic drills. See how our athletes train to dominate at events like Matrix Fight Night, using proven techniques designed specifically for the cage.
A look at my last fight at MFN 15. From the walkout to the final bell, you can see the cage wrestling techniques we drill every day being applied to control the fight and secure the win. This is the end goal of all our hard work in the gym.
The mindset of a fighter is built long before stepping into the cage. This was the lead-up to my fight at MFN 14, showing the intense focus and dedication required. I train full time, I teach, and I live this life, so I can show you what it really takes.
Our fight team is a force to be reckoned with. This video celebrates our squad's clean sweep at MFN 15, where three of our fighters dominated their opponents. Our results speak for themselves and show the effectiveness of our training system.
This is the gateway to our competition team. We hold regular fighter tryouts to evaluate skill, conditioning, and heart. I’m watching a ground scramble here, assessing how an athlete performs under pressure. The best performers can earn a year of sponsored training.
About The Fight Camp: From The Lab to The Cage
In the cage, there is no room for guessing games. When we run a fight camp, every round of sparring and every conditioning drill serves a specific tactical purpose, whether it is shutting down an opponent's takedown or controlling the clinch. You are learning the same pressure-tested systems our pro fighters use to dominate at Matrix Fight Night. It is gritty, exhausting, and exactly how you get fight-ready.
We do not believe in training for points. We train for the cage, where the objective is to control, dominate, and finish. At The Combat Lab, our camp structure is built on four pillars: Science, Strategy, Skill, and Will.
When you step onto our mats in Vasant Kunj, you are not just getting a workout. You are running the same sessions our competition team uses to prepare for their professional bouts. This means specialized neck conditioning to withstand impact, reaction drills with props to improve scrambling, and live shark-tank sparring that pushes your cardio to the breaking point.
We focus heavily on cage wrestling. This is a specialized skill set involving wall wrestling, pinning, and creating openings for strikes while pressed against the cage mesh. You will learn to use the fence to your advantage rather than letting it pin you down.
Whether you are aiming to compete professionally or just want to train with the intensity of a fighter, this is the place to do it. We are a community of beginners, hobbyists, and pros training side by side. There is no ego on the mats. You show up, you put in the work, and you progress. If you are ready to stop guessing and start training with a purpose, come through.
